I have always enjoyed receiving massages and the sense of well-being that they procure during the treatment and afterwards. Gradually, I felt the need to give massages myself to be able to offer in return the benefits they bring.

It is still often considered a luxury, used occasionally as spas, after sports or on vacation. Many people are unaware that massage greatly helps in strengthening our immune systems, thereby preventing the onset of certain diseases.
The sense of touch is an important aspect of well-being and there is evidence that regular massages contribute to long-lasting health.
The massages that I deliver bestow well-being that goes beyond just physical relaxation. They allow us to :

• release emotional stress
• maintain a close bond with one’s own body
In my opinion, it is essential to adapt the session to the client’s needs. Therefore I listen closely and attentively to each client’s needs. I can then tailor the massage and focus on a body part or on an emotional or psychological dimension.
Respect and confidentiality
Anything that is said during a session is obviously confidential and the client’s privacy is fully respected. It is important that a relationship of trust is established between the client and the practitioner.
